Last updated: April 2026

Legal review pending. This document is a structural draft prepared by TETRA Agency. Final wording will be reviewed by Saudi legal counsel before commercial use. Last updated: April 2026.

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the activities permitted and prohibited when using TETRA services, platforms, and deliverables.

It exists to protect our clients, our systems, the broader community, and to keep our engagements aligned with Saudi law and industry best practice.

Prohibited uses

Illegal activity of any kind, including violation of Saudi and applicable international law.

Transmission of malware, viruses, or any software designed to compromise systems, data, or privacy.

Unauthorised access, scraping, or reverse-engineering of TETRA systems or third-party systems reached through our services.

Content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violates privacy, or infringes intellectual property rights.

Content standards

Content hosted on or transmitted via platforms delivered by TETRA must comply with Saudi Arabian law, our agreements, and generally accepted standards of professional conduct.

We reserve the right to review and require removal of content in violation of these standards, especially where it puts other users, our infrastructure, or a client's regulatory posture at risk.

Security responsibilities

Clients are responsible for keeping their credentials, secrets, and access tokens confidential. We provide guidance aligned with the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC) and will rotate or revoke credentials where we suspect compromise.

Suspected security events should be reported immediately as described below.

Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension of services, termination of engagement, and referral to the relevant authorities where required by law.

We will generally notify clients of any concern before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect systems, persons, or the client's regulatory standing.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse, security issues, or policy violations to info@tetra-agency.com with as much detail as possible. We treat such reports as priority and respond within one business day.
