How the work runs

One cycle, start to finish.

One customer's question, from the first message to the handover. The ringed step is a person's.

  1. 01Answer the customerThe agents

A customer writes at eleven at night, on a Friday, in your busiest hour. The agents answer at once, on the channel the customer chose, in the tone you agreed.

  2. 02Find the right answerThe agents

Every answer comes from somewhere you can point to — your returns policy, your manual, the order in your system — and keeps its source. A guessed answer never happens.

  3. 03Open and route the ticketThe agents

When something needs doing — a delivery rescheduled, an invoice corrected — the agents open the ticket with what they know and route it to the team that owns it.

  4. 04Draft replies for your teamThe agents

For your own team, the agents draft the reply: facts gathered, policy applied, wording ready in your tone. Your agent reads, edits if they want, and sends.

  5. 05A person takes overA person

A refund, a complaint, an upset customer, or anyone who asks for a person — these never stay with the agents. The conversation is handed over whole, and the customer is told.

Where a person decides

Human control by design.

A slow answer is forgiven; a refund argued by a machine is not.

Automate what should be automated. Keep humans in control where decisions matter.

  • Escalation triggers

A refund, a complaint, or a request for a person.

  • Action limits

Any change to an order or booking beyond what you allowed.

  • Knowledge approval

Any new answer added to what the agents may say.

  • Privacy

Any request for a customer's personal details.

  • Audit trail

Nothing — it is there to read.

Delivered as one

One solution, not separate services.

Sometimes the new process needs the software that runs it. We build it as part of the same solution — one business transformation, not five disconnected technical services.

How it starts

The engagement, drawn the same way.

We start from the questions your customers actually ask — pulled from your chats and emails — and from your policies as they are written.

  1. 01

    Map the process

Drawn as it really runs — every hand-off, exception and approval

  2. 02

    Design the agents and gates

Which steps run on their own, which wait for a person, and what each agent may do

  3. 03

    Build and connect

The agents, the automations and the software around them, inside your systems

  4. You decide

    You approve the go-live

It runs beside the current way first; you decide when it takes over

  5. 05

    Run, watch, improve

Monitoring, logs and alerts from day one; tuned on what actually happens

Every engagement is scoped around your process — nothing here is a fixed package.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

Will the agents make up an answer?

They answer only from your own material and say so when nothing covers the question, then hand over. Every answer keeps its source.

What happens when a customer is angry?

The conversation goes to a person. The triggers are yours — a complaint, a refund, certain words — and the customer is told a colleague is with them.

Can the agents give refunds?

No. A refund is prepared and waits for the person who can approve it. Nothing that moves money is theirs.

Do they work in Arabic?

They are built to answer in the language the customer writes in, Arabic or English, from a knowledge base you approve in both.

Do we need a helpdesk first?

No. If you have one, the agents work inside it. If not, choosing or building one is part of the engagement.

How is it priced?

Scoped and priced on request — it depends on the channels, the systems and the software built around the agents.

Bring the twenty questions your team answers every day and the policy they answer from. We will map the path, then build the agents that run it.
